Lunch

Strawberry, Raspberry, Apple and Banana Smoothie with Water

Dinner

Vegetable and Potato Curry with Basmati Rice – Two big bowls!

Snack

Goody Good Stuff sour fruit salad sweets! They are Gelatin Free, Fat Free, Dairy Free AND Gluten free! Oh, and they’re DELICIOUSLY YUMMY.
