HELLO OCTOBER

When I was out and about the other day I walked past this amazing squash display outside a little green grocers. I never knew how many types there are – I’ve always stuck to butternut! I tried a Harlequin that night (the little yellow and green striped one) and wow, the taste was delicious. All I did was chop it up and roast it for 30-45 minutes – no oil then chucked it on top of a Thai green curry. I’ve been back and bought another since – I can’t wait to try some more varieties! Have a lovely Friday, Toyah Emily  xoxoHELLO OCTOBER When I was out and about the other day I walked past this amazing squash display outside a little green grocers.
