After a late finish at work & an early start this morning, I know me well enough by now to know I was gunna struggle eating out of bed. The first thing that gets skipped is eating (my favourite past time) so I thought “hmm what will make me eat?!” Preparing myself a yum breakfast before I went to bed was the answer! This delight is soaked oats, chia seeds, activated goji berries & sultanas which have gone super plump over night. These were soaked in Cashew mylk over night.
