What to do on my night off?

Go to work for Date night & to check out the Christmas Menu of course. I take my hat off to Carlos you’ve done a wonderful job at creating some absolutely delicious dishes especially for Christmas.

This was my starter, a home made, pan fried, mature Cashew cheese served on a swish of beetroot purée and topped with pea shoots. The colours are just sensational & the tastes were divine. Truly blessed to have you as a mentor, colleague and friend.
