I am on a role! This is day number 4 of juicing, gluten free, cooking all meals from scratch & trying to get fresh air each day. Oh and I’ve been to the gym 3 times in the last 5 days too! Ok, so I’ve been off work the whole time and have been out of sync with “normal” day to day life. But I do actually have time to do all these things every day – I just don’t make time & boy did I feel it. I had zero energy & went back into a bad head space. So after quickly remedying it with a little time off – thanks to a boss who totally understands the importance of looking after yourself & to a team of friends who covered my shifts at last minute. I have been able to take a step back and remind myself what is important. Do you make time for things that are important to you & your health?
