PROTEIN!!!

When you go vegan loads of people suddenly become worried and curious about your protein in take! This is a protein SMASH, a recipe I created for Ojoy Wellness .. It is a great source of that rare, mystical, plant based protein  It contains 24.3g – the sources are Hemp Protein (my favourite powder is Pulsin – found at Holland and Barrett ) chia seeds (found anywhere – 200g for less that £2 at home bargains) & around 1.5 cups of almond milk (I use @alpro professional soy at work) You also get lots of protein from beans & legumes – a staple in a plant based diet! So don’t you worry!
