Smashed peas on gluten free toast topped with a variety of nuts and seeds. Pretty darn tasty & that green colour is just next level inviting. You can treat yourself to these at Ginger & Co in Shrewsbury! If you’re a meat eater, you can add bacon & feta too. But you don’t need that cuz it is delicious on its own!
Organic porridge made with water collected from the spring, sweetened with organic coconut sugar, a little organic coconut oil mixed in to help keep me full for longer, topped with Peruvian Ceremonial Grade Cacao, frozen berries. This has been my breakfast every morning this week.
Check out the colours in this Buddha bowl .. Simple foods are sometimes the tastiest.
I am spending my time off doing magical things for my soul. I have travelled up to New Brighton to see some of my Northern Family & yesterday we went to a local water source to collect water that has come straight out of the earth and has been naturally filtered by the rocks. Natural beauty at it’s finest.
Breakfast this morning was Organic Muesli base topped with alpro coconut yogurt, chopped dates, organic hemp seeds, banana and maple syrup. Photographed in Sam’s jungle which is full of plants that help with the oxygen levels in his bedroom!
Recipe development is underway for an exciting new project I have decided to embark on. Tonight was my first batch of baked falafels, a few tweaks will be needed until they are juuuuust right but Sam and I were very happy with how they turned out and polished off 14 between us.
– Ru Paul My self love breakfast this morning! I love making time to treat myself. Those strawberries were so juicy and sweet! Paired with the Almond Milk, warm chia porridge that I sweetened slightly with a little maple was just beautiful so easy too!
A new smoothie recipe I’ve been working on for an up and coming project….
When you go vegan loads of people suddenly become worried and curious about your protein in take! This is a protein SMASH, a recipe I created for Ojoy Wellness .. It is a great source of that rare, mystical, plant based protein It contains 24.3g – the sources are Hemp Protein (my favourite powder is Pulsin – found at Holland and Barrett ) chia seeds (found anywhere – 200g for less that £2 at home bargains) & around 1.5 cups of almond milk (I use @alpro professional soy at work) You also get lots of protein from beans & legumes – a staple in a plant based diet! So don’t you worry!
